At WEEKDAYS South Whidbey Preschool, we are dedicated to providing a learning environment that fosters a love of nature and promotes social and emotional growth in young children.

 

Research shows the first five years of life are crucial for physical, intellectual, and social-emotional development A child's brain is 90% developed by the age of five and it's during these years they are leaning at a rapid pace and setting the foundation for learning for the rest of their lives.

 

We believe it's important to provide opportunities for children to learn in ways that interest them, building a positive association with learning, developing relationships and having a rhythm to the day with their class. Our approach is designed to inspire curiosity, creativity as well as a lifelong appreciation and spirit of stewardship for the natural world.
